My name is Kristy Doggett, and as a career real estate agent I bring more than 10 years of marketing, sales and negotiating experience to the sale of your property or to the purchase of your new home or investment property.   

     I earned a Bachelors degree in accounting from the University of South of Alabama. For over a decade I have been honing my negotiating instincts and problem-solving skills during a multi-faceted career as an accountant for real estate developers and property management companies.

     Inspired in part by my own struggles in buying a home as a 26 year old single mom, and those observations of the real estate business, I decided it was time to move from behind the scenes to working directly with clients buying and selling real estate. 

     As an expert negotiator, I love working with my clients. I have earned numerous designations such as Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) and I am a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).   I am here to show you my dedication to the ever changing real estate profession, up and down economy, and the needs of my clients.
