I have been active in real estate investing since 2005. I specialize in buying first lien non-performing notes backed by real estate. I am looking to buy notes for residential and commercial properties. I work with private investors for funding. I wholesale to other investors as well as add to my own portfolio.

We can help banks and hedge funds get non-performing notes off their books, we can help home owners with other options besides a foreclosure on their credit, and we can help other investors by finding deals all across the country.
KD Investors, LLC, in business since 2005, is a Dallas based, real estate investment firm. KD Investors will work with Banks and Hedge Funds to purchase Non-Performing Notes backed by Real Estate for immediate turn around to other investors. Secondly, KDI will convert selected Non-Performing Notes to Reoccurring Revenue Properties to keep for their own portfolio. Thus creating win-win situations for all involved - banks are free of bad debt from books, property owner get second chance without foreclosure, investors have new opportunities, KD Investor retains selected properties for reoccurring revenue. KD Investors is privately funded.
