KATHY EDWARDS is the managing designer for the firm and an HSR Certified Home Stager. Her background includes over 20 years in the Real Estate Industry as a general manager for a large real estate firm, the managing director of the new homes division, owner of an advertising agency and SVP of marketing for two publicly traded companies. Educated in marketing with Bachelor's Degree in Business from Pepperdine and graduate classes in interior design at UCLA, Kathy's experience is unsurpassed in this industry.

Our interior design firm specializes in staging home interiors and exteriors for homes listed or to be listed for sale in the Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange County areas. Our premise is making use of existing homeowner furniture and furnishings where possible, creating a model interior designed for the buyer audience of the specific home and area to optimize the marketing potential. Our goal is to get the highest possible price for the home in the least amount of time for a reasonable investment. Our services also include interior staging and design for vacant homes, including shopping for new furnishings or rented as required by the client.
We offer Realtor promotional package pricing for our preferred Realtor partners.
BUILDER SERVICES:
We will assist builders in the design, furnishing and staging of their model home complexes.
