Keith Criner has been a resident of Oconee County South Carolina for more than 10 years.  He fell in love with the Lake Hartwell South Carolina while still living as a resident of Atlanta and working as an insurance broker.  After purchasing a houseboat to cruise the lake, he decided to make South Carolina his home.  

In 1998, he moved with his wife of 45 years, Rosanna, to the small town of West Union, South Carolina.  There they purchased a home and began yet another remodeling project.  During their residency in West Union, Keith and Rosanna acquired a small cottage on the shore of Lake Hartwell near Westminster, South Carolina. 

Upon completing a total renovation of the 30 year old lake cottage, they sold their home in West Union and moved permanently to their cabin by the lake.  THIS IS THE VIEW FROM OUR FRONT PORCH!

Keith is the father of 2 adult children, 1 grandson, and 1 great-granddaughter.  He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, music and "Daddy" projects!  

Keith, now semi-retired, decided to put his 40 years of remodeling & construction combined experience to work.  Home Source Residential Services is designed to assist property owners & managers in the maintenance and repair of their real estate assets.  

During the cottage renovation, Keith found a great friend and project associate in Jim Hensley.  Jim has resided in Oconee County South Carolina for many years and has 30 years experience in home construction, maintenance & repair.
