This license requires additional education and experience as a agent over the Salesperson license. It also means that I can be the primary broker in my own company. I choose to align myself with Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, Inc., which offers my clients superior features and programs.CRS– Certified Residential Specialist.. The most respected designation. Advanced education as well as extensive experience as a Realtor are requirements. The average CRS designee sells over three times the amount of properties the average Realtor does. Frequent updates come from newsletters and emails sent only to CRS designees.GRI- Graduate Realtors Institute. Several courses of real estate information and updates. Was a precursor designation for CRS.E-Pro- Technological degree conferred to Realtors completing coursework via the Internet. Provides knowledge and expertise in using the electronic media– email, Websites, blogs, newsgroups, etc. to provide better service to today’s Internet savvy clients.ABR- Accredited Buyer’s Representative. Given for training in how to do the best job in representing homebuyer’s in finding, offering on, negotiating for and closing on their optimum home. Designation given to Realtors who have learned how to professionally stage a home. Staging is arranging a home for optimum sale (like set designers who “stage” a play). Homes that have been professionally staged generally sell for more money in a shorter period of time.
