Cleveland and the surrounding Western Suburbs has been my home for more than 30 years.  I have seen growth and have been apart of the movement to continue its growth and prosperity over the last 5 years.   I belong to the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors (CABOR), Ohio Board Of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors (NAR).  Each year I take continuing education to keep up with the ever changing Real Estate Market. 

Being apart of the Real Estate business became my number one goal about 10 years ago.  I began learning everything I could possibly dream of about the business of all things Real Estate.  I attended Cuyahoga Community College to get my degree in Business Communications and minored in Real Estate and Accounting.  I knew I wanted to run my own Real Estate business so educating myself in all those catergories was helpful.

I was able to get my feet wet so to say and the rest is history.  In 2006 I began to advocate for the erradication of Predatory Lending and Foreclosure by directly educating and empowering people to understand finances, credit, and budgeting; I also helped lay the foundation for a company called NACA (www.naca.com) to begin it's work here in Ohio with Billions of dollars set aside to give loans and education to those persons with less than perfect credit who were "credit worthy" and deserved the opportunity to have the best loans available.  I was the very first Realtor in Ohio to have a client who was able to take advantage of the program. 

I can truly say, 10 years ago I developed my love for Real Estate and I still love what I do.  Seeing the faces of my clients when I hand them the keys to their dream home or when I have put the sold sign in their front yards has been rewarding. 

My Personal InterestsWhen I am not working I love spending time with my family and doing fun activities.  My husband says my kids are just like me they love to have fun and like being on the go constantly.  We make sure to visit the amusement parks (Cedar Point, Great Bear Lodge, and WildWater Kingdom) in the summertime and can't miss a year at the IX Indoor Amusement Park.

Vacations are the Highlight of our year.  My husband and I love to visit new places; sometimes we are outnumbered and again visit Disney World in Florida. 

We are a family who appreciates music; I have played the piano since I was 6 and am now getting into playing the Guitar.  We have 3 daughters who all play Guitar, they are also learning to play the Piano (though not as regular as I'd like).  Educator's Music in Lakewood, Ohio as well as the Beck Center for the Arts has been our home for talented teachers willing to share their love of music with children who share that love as well.  My daughters have expressed a genuine interest in learning to play the drums as well.  My husband plays the Saxophone and was in the Marching Band in High School.

I tutored young children in Piano at the age of 12 and became a piano teacher at the age of 16 which I conitnued to do so until I was 18 years old.  Participation in the Teens in Training Program through the Cleveland Music School Settlement on Cleveland's eastside really helped to shape my future and make me the focused and hard working individual I am today.  Don't underestimate the power of music, it really does help children to be more focused in school.  I thank my mother who went to great lengths to keep 6 kids in piano classes until they were 18 years old.
