Get to Know Kelly Elam Pardue

I was born in Statesville, NC and grew up on a farm just outside of the town of Harmony. I graduated from North Iredell High School and from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. After college, I worked in the motion picture and television industry and lived in seven states in three years. The constant moving around helped play a role in my decision to help others during the major moves of their lives. This led me to the real estate industry. I became licensed in 1999 while working for Century 21® Coastal Communities in Wilmington. I returned to Statesville in 2000 and joined Century 21® Eddleman Realty, Inc. shortly thereafter. She earned her Broker’s license in 2003, and in 2004, became accredited with the ABR designation that certifies her as an Accredited Buyers Representative. I also received the Century 21® Quality Service award based on customer feedback. In 2011, I completed training to earn the GRI (Graduated Realtor Institute) designation. I have been successful in seller and buyer representation with a majority of my business coming from referrals. I am confident in my ability to assist you in the sell of your property and hopethat you will give me the opportunity to work now and in the future as your personal real estate professional. I love to help anyone, anywhere, anytime with your real estate needs, because if I don’t specialize in what you need, I will put you with someone who does.

I am married to Matt Pardue, who is a well respected school teacher and coach in Yadkin county. We met while attending Appalachian State University. They have one son, Elam and a daughter, Sadie. Our family enjoys travel, fishing, camping, sports and music!
