A native of the great Northwest I grew up with a fascination and interest in real estate. It's not that I allways wanted to be a Realtor, I just had an incurable fascination with houses. As a kid I would fix things around the house for my parents and got my first jobs doing yard work as a teen. After graduation it was on to construction jobs building houses with Clyde Downing Homes. At age 23 I got my real estate licence and started selling homes. Back then there were no computers, no cell phones and interest rates were in the 10% to 12% range. Anytime rates fell below 10% there was a rush on the market. In the 22 years since then I have had several mini carears within the business, its how I have remained passionate about this business and avoided burn out. From first time home buyers, new construction, development, expired listings and FSBO's, investing to the current specialty helping distressed homeowners. The real estate market is in an ever changing state and I feel, as a Realtor and business owner, that true professionals are allways looking to the horizon in order to develop the necessary expertise for any market.
