Married to my beautiful wife Kim since 1986 with four children, Ben (25), Kristen (21), Bryan (18), and Kelli (17). Ben attended high school at Oak Ridge in El Dorado Hills, CA where he excelled at football earning numerous awards and setting school records which still stand today. He signed with and played football at Carson-Newman University in TN. In his red-shirt Freshman season Carson-Newman won the Division championship. Our daughter Kristen is starting her 2nd year of college at Utah Valley University. Bryan finished his high school football career at Farragut High School last season as 3rd all time in school history with over 350 yards passing and 47 TD's thrown. He is now in his Freshman year at Southern Virginia University where he continues his football career as QB. My youngest, Kelli is a senior at Farragut High School and is excited about appling to colleges. We relocated to the Farragut area in January, 2008 and have really enjoyed it here. It's home for me as I was born in Jefferson City, TN and grew up in Brooksville, Florida where my parents moved when I was a young boy.
I owned and oversaw a mortgage brokerage in Northern California with offices in El Dorado Hills, Carmichael, Cameron Park, and Paradise until January 2008 which employed 14 loan officers, 2 processors, 3 transaction coordinators, and support staff. The office achieved Gold Broker Status with Decision 1 Mortgage for volume from 2003-2006, Preferred Broker status with Bank of America Wholesale, 2003-2007. I originated over $560 million in loans from 2001-2008 and was recognized as the top originator in my company every month during those 7 years. I specialize in First Time Home Buyers, Investment Loans, and Construction Loans. There is never a deal too small or too difficult for me to try to do.
