Previous Education and Past Employment
After graduating university, I spent 16 Years saving employers millions of dollars a year in insurance claims. I settled thousands of cases, took over 500 depositions, appeared in court hundreds of times representing employers and helped change the state laws for the betterment of all.
Of note: Lead Negotiator for insurance claims after Wells Fargo/Norwest merger 1996. Lead negotiator for Costco California workers' comp. claims 2003/2004.
