At Weichert, Realtors - Morgan Realty Group we take a family friendly approach with all of our clients. My job is to make sure we practice the 5 C's: Compassion, Consideration, Co operation, Community and Consequences. Consequences is one we always try to avoid but need to be aware of. As Director of Fun it is my job to make sure the Agents within the Company are having fun at their job and to make the experience for both Buyers and Sellers positive and memorable. I have been accused of having a good sense of humor and it sure does come in handy, nothing better to turn a stresssful situation around. I believe strongly in giving back to the community from which you gain. My motto is "If you truly love where you live and do good things for your community, good things come back to you!" I forgot to mention, I also Love Referrals...I would be more than happy to help your friends or foes find a place at the Lake (Erie).
I love working with both Buyer's and Seller's. First time buyers and people relocating to our area are at the top of my list. Nothing better than taking a deli tray to Jane and Dick on moving day into their first home. I also love sharing our community with the newcomers. I tend to get them involved in some of our community events. There really isn't a better way to meet and appreciate your town. I sell in all of Ottawa County: Port Clinton, Catawba Island, Marblehead, Oak Harbor and Put - In-Bay to name a few. With my background in retail and design, I love to help stage homes. I love to turn a "house" into a "home"!!!!!!!!
