I am so excited about the real estate market right now. I know that there are negative things happening, but my goal is to take these negative things and make them into positive experiences for my clients. My clients come first. They are the ones that I listen to and help them overcome their doubts.

I have been working in real estae for more than5 years and I am going to be around for a lot longer. I love the area that I work in. Riverside and Moreno Valley are great towns.I was born and raised in Riverside and have seen it grow and develop into a place where I want to raise my family.

Real estate is a great means for my clients to built wealth. I believe in the Key Pennante of Homeownership: 1. A good value. 2. A good investment. 3. A necessary shelter. 4. A place to call home. 5. A significant tax advantage.

I enjoy working with all types of clients. I am able to understand individuals in different areas of their lives. First time buyers and move up buyers are great to work with. I enjoy taking people to see homes and being there when they make the choice that this is the home they want to live in.

Listings are also full of great experiences. Seeing an individual make the decision to move away from the familiar and into the unknown is always a refreshing experience.
