I grew up and attended school in North Carolina, but fled the winter weather in 1990. While I know that North Carolina is not exactly the Arctic Circle, I don't enjoy it much cooler than 70. Thus, I moved to the fabulous Florida Keys.
I've worked extensively in the restaurant industry, been a stay at home mom to my two boys, worked with my husband and in-laws at the local garbage company--but the greatest challenge has been the real estate market. There is no property, buyer, or seller that is ever the same!! The market is ever-evolving and never dull!
My listings range from dry-lot homes to multi-million dollar waterfront. The first listings I took were highway-front commercial. I've handled rental properties, and located rentals for tenants. When presented with a new possibility, I will research it, and if I do not feel that I can do it justice, I am more than willing to refer it out, rather than do a less than stellar job with it. These are homes and livelihoods that we are handling, and there is no room for mistakes.
