We do work very hard for home sellers to help you and are willing to help you to stage your home for a quick sale. Not only is it important to stage your home on the inside, but also the outside. It is important to make a good impression on new buyers when they first see your home from the curb side. The services of Henry Realty go the extra mile compared to other agents or companies. How, you ask? One thing we do is send out flyers to nearby Apartment complexes. This way we may reach a current renter wanting to purchase a home in this same area. Another way is after not selling by three weeks we do several open houses (if needed) to keep your home in the lime light and not forgotten. With the Henry Team you get two of us working for you as my wife Barbara is also the office manager. You expect certain things from us as we do of you. While your home is listed we ask that you keep it in the best possible condition and be ready to leave when we call you with a buyer to show your home. We are very good at attracting buyers so if you list with us be prepared to move quickly. Now is the time to sell. Fort Wayne is at this time a sellers market. I am now able to sell HUD homes.
