Kevin Hirzel is the Managing Member at Hirzel Law, PLC. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, community association law, condominium law, construction law and real estate law.
Kevin Hirzel graduated cum laude from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he was a member of the law review, served as a title editor on law review and was inducted into the UDM Moot Court Hall of Fame. While in law school, Mr. Hirzel also served as a law clerk at the Macomb County Probate Court. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Kevin Hirzel has extensive litigation and trial experience in a wide variety of real estate and complex commercial litigation matters. He has authored articles for the Michigan Community Association News, has been interviewed as an expert by Common Ground Magazine and served as a speaker on the legal panel at the United Condominium Owners of Michigan annual seminar. Mr. Hirzel was named a Michigan “Rising Star” in real estate law by Super Lawyers Magazine and has been featured in Michigan Lawyer’s Weekly on multiple occasions for successful results that he has obtained on behalf of clients.
