In 2004 I started a credit repair company with my sister in Scottsdale, Arizona. I was the Business Development Director and I was responsible for all of our marketing and outside sales. In 2006 I wrote two coninuing education courses for the Arizona Academy of Real Estate and began educating the real estate community on credit scoring and how to close more transactions from building a database of future clients from their credit challenged clients who could not qualify for a loan.
In October of 2007 we won the Make Mine A Million Dollar Business Award from Count Me In in New York City. It was particularly meaningful to win this award and contest because credit repair has long been considered a fraudulent type of business. One of the main reasons we were selected was due to our educational approach as well as the need for our services.
On February 4, 2008 I was asked to speak on Wall Street along with Count Me In on the subject of "Entrepreneurship & How Personal Credit Affects Business Credit". This was one of the highlights of my public speaking career and granted me more public speaking opportunities.
In June of 2008 I left the company that I began with my sister and began writing online classes for a national mortgage training company out of Las Vegas. This is where I gained expertise in interactive video learning and online authoring.
CreditRepairNurse.com was born out of my desire to help the millions of people who don't know how to repair their own credit and are looking for a solution so they can purchase a home for their family. While my previous company offered a great service at a good price ($650) it was out of reach for many people with limited resources. So out of my experiences as an owner of a credit repair company and as an online learning specialist I worked with a team of developers to automate the credit repair process and allow loan officers and real estate agents the opportunity to help their clients as well as build their pipeline of business!
