I have been a licensed real estate agent for 16 years. I hold both the GRI and CRS designations. The GRI is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute that I am very proud of because it took two years to complete and tought me alot. I received the certificat of professionalism in 1999 from the South Carolina Association of Realtors that hangs on the wall in my office. I became a certified real estate instructor through the South Carolina Real Estate Commission in 2008 and teach classes at night on and off throughout the year.
