| After a poor real estate experience with my previous agent, I was agonizing about where to start my search for a new one. An hour later, I received a call from Kirby. Kirby was so professional, knowledgeable, and charming and I instantly felt comfortable speaking with her over the phone. As we spoke, I was struck by her unassuming approach and her ability to take control of my situation. She explained in detail what she would do to market and list my house in order to attain the greatest amount of exposure. My house was listed on all the social media sites, professional photos were taken, and mail out postcards were professionally printed. Kirby is extremely organized and goes above and beyond for her clients. She is always available to talk via phone or text and handles all of her deals electronically which is extremely convenient with a hectic work schedule. Much to my surprise my house was under contract within six days of being listed. The entire sales process was seamless and stress free.
