Hi, my name is Kirby Smith, Broker/Owner of Kirby Smith Realty and partner with Kallie Ritchey in Alliance Realty Group. I worked for RE/MAX for my first 7 years in the real estate business beginning in 2000 and opened my own Brokerage Company in 2007 in Roanoke Texas.
In 2012, Kallie Ritchey of Keller Williams joined my company and we formed a real estate partnership called the Alliance Realty Group and together we lead a team. We specialize in selling residential real estate in the Alliance Corridor area which includes the areas of Roanoke, Keller, N Fort Worth, Haslet, Trophy Club and Flower Mound.
I graduated from Northwest High School in 1986 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Planning from the University of North Texas in 1993.
I am very active the Roanoke community. I currently serve as a city council member and am an active business leader.
I specialize in helping sellers in the Roanoke, Trophy Club, Keller and North Fort Worth areas. The price ranges I normally work with range from $100,000 up to $600,000. I work with conventional sales, short sales and foreclosures. I help a lot of first time homebuyers. It's a scary deal for the first time homebuyers so I'm always very patient when working with my clients. I want to make sure they understand everything that's going on.
I also work with buyers in all different price ranges and in the same areas. I have a great deal of knowledge and experience working with first-time home buyers as well as experienced homeowners who have bought and sold multiple homes.

| We had a good experience with Kirby Smith and Kallie Ritchey in selling our home in Roanoke. Kirby is from the area and knows it very well. Both Kirby and Kallie gave constructive advise for us, which we followed, for some updates for the house and yard.
