The N Garland Branch is centrally located to Garland, Sachse, Wylie, Murphy, Rowlett, Richardson and Plano off of The George Bush Tollway at the N Garland Avenue exit. The branch opened in April of 2005 to serve the real estate closing needs of this area. The office staff consists of two Escrow Officers, three Escrow Assistants, an Escrow Accounting Specialist and a Business Development Manager.
The N Garland Branch closes both Residential and Commercial real estate transactions. The office is experienced in handling REO accounts, Home Equities and Refinances, Relocation, Resale Purchases, as well as, New Home Construction Residential closings.
Our goal at the N Garland Branch of North American Title Company is to provide excellent customer service to each and every person we serve in the course of a real estate transaction.
