Over 80% of home buyers begin their search on the internet. My marketing plan includes extra pictures on realtor.com, a personal website with many marketing methods including listing syndication to many real estate web sites. More traditional marketing methods include flyers in boxes on signs, The Real Estate Book and a real estate information line with call capture. I work with my clients to sell their home and make the transaction as smooth as possible.
