My Real Estate passion started over five years ago and keeps surprising me, day after day.
My favorite part of Real Estate is seeing the reaction of my clients when they first see their new home.  It never gets old!  You just know when you know, and no amount of sales techniques or pressuring on the part of a Realtor is going to talk you into something you don't love.  And I don't think it should.  I will work with you, showing house after house and until you see it and tell me "This is it"!  That's when the fun begins.  I LOVE the negotiation part.  I want to try and get that house for you at the best possible price.  Let's have some fun!  Let's make a deal!  I'll help you negotiate your way through all the legal terms and paperwork and promise to protect you in every way imaginable.

Listing houses is another favorite of mine.  I love the first walk through when we work together, coming up with a plan to sell it quick!  We'll talk paint, staging, curb appeal and of course, price.  I'll have the homes that have sold in your area with me, and we'll go over everything to come up with a fair price that you AND the buyer will be happy with.

My passion for animals started from the time I entered this world.  Or so I've been told. 
I currently own three Chihuahua's and have one foster at any given time.  I work with several rescue groups to help place animals that are in shelters, abandoned, abused and/or neglected.  I feel very strongly about increasing the penalty for animal abuse and will work until my dying day to try and make a difference.  I think my favorite quote sums me up..."I am only one; but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something. I will not refuse to do the something I can do."
