Spomsoring community programs- Coventry Youth Baseball Association, Coventry Lions Club Chili Cook off 2nd Place winner 3 years in a row!
Also, am currently involved in the Special Olympics. There is no better feeling than giving back and helping others.

I will dedicate myself to promoting the successful sale of the property always. The first meeting, I am prepared with a CMA (comparable market analysis), market changes and comparable properties actively listed. Once listed, a supply of info packets are placed in the house for agents/potential buyers to keep during showings. Also, Open Houses and Broker opens are a great way to get the property out there so EVERYONE knows it's for sale.
I always say, "I'm not in the business to list your property, I want to sell it."
Technology is extremely important in today's world! Close to 90% of buyers are looking via internet prior to a drive by or showing. I will utilize any and all sites to maximize my success rate for selling properties.
