I believe in what I do. I love it! I could not possibly imagine not doing this job. So many people are negative and pained by the current market- but I feel the absolute opposite. This is a difficult market for SOME, but not for ALL! I am finding some of my buyers the most outstanding deals, I can barely believe it myself. I  also have the ability to help people out from under financial difficulties and unload their stress (sellers) and then on the other end I am helping people get out of the rental world!

I am true to myself and true to those who work with me. I am extremely knowledgable about the bank owned/short sale world and also have worked with people in a very high price range.  Coming from a large family of very hard workers, I have an understanding of working hard and giving a level of service above and beyond most expectations. I am not a 9-5'er- I understand that people have jobs and can not speak to me until after they get home and take care of their family. I am available when you need me!

Understanding, compassionate, reliable, truthful, hard working, dedicated, loyal, kind and above all: DRIVEN.. just to name a few. It seems egotistical to write about yourself in this way, but it's all true. None of this is fluff.. I am what I say I am. Ranked among the top 25 producers in my company for 2008. I love helping others and making dreams come TRUE!
