I grew up in New Mexico and graduated with a degree in Business/Marketing at Texas Tech University.  While at Texas Tech, I played on the women's golf team and then followed that dream to California to play professional golf.  That road led me to the golf-rich Coachella Valley-- and I have been here since 1989.  I met my husband, Bob in the desert-- at the Nest-- (another story)  and we split time in the desert with time in Pasadena, CA. 

Shortly after joining La Quinta Country Club in 2000, the Schowes relocated to the desert full time.  I  began pursuing my Real Estate career and now have  been working in the Real Estate field since 2007.  Living full time in La Quinta, working with California Lifestyle Realty, and focusing on the La Quinta golf properties give me an edge in this competitive market.  Come visit us at La Quinta Country Club and we will show you around--maybe even get in nine holes!
