Our role is to educate our clients while we evaluate the home.   During the  inspection process: We explain how systems work and the maintenance required. We point out the positive qualities of the home. We discuss marginal issues, defects and safety concerns as they are uncovered. You will get a clearly written, easy to understand report that includes informative photographs taken during the inspection. Our report will arm you with the information and confidence needed to make a more informed decision. Our service does not end with the report, though. We are available for free telephone and email consultations for as long as you own your home.
