Kyle Ward, Associate Broker/Partner of Breco Realty, is a lifelong resident of Morgan County. After graduating from Morgan County High School in 2001, he attended Truett McConnell College and Georgia Aviation and Technical College where he received a degree in Flight Technology. Upon graduation from Georgia Aviation and Technical College, Kyle spent two years in corporate aviation as a chief pilot for Pruett Air of Eastman, GA. After leaving corporate aviation, Kyle returned to Morgan County to pursue his interest in real estate. He received his real estate license and came to Breco Realty in 2005. Currently, he resides in Bostwick, GA with his wonderful wife Lela, and their 2 dogs, Coco and Shack. He enjoys hunting, fishing and flying the plane that he and his father share.

Kyle has experience in building, investment property, and real estate development. He is also highly knowledgeable in sales, representing both buyers and sellers. His primary concentration is in land and farm tracts, but he has a great deal of experience in home sales as well.
