| We used Darrin Bennet an associate of Kurt Duffeck. Darrin was very nice, pleasant, patient and responsive to phone calls and emails. He helped us find homes that we liked and was very easy going. Darrin did a great job in negotiating and valuation of the property and utilizing his resources. He's the kind of guy you just want to have over to hang out when you're all settled. | We have been looking for a house to buy for well over a year and Kurt has been very patient. He has offered perceptive advice about every house we have considered buying. He is extremely diligent when it comes to following up with answers to questions that arise for a given property- eg maintenance history, whether or not it is in a flood plain, etc. When we made an offer on a house Kurt handled the paper work very efficiently and answered all of our questions with ease. We are negotiating the sale of our current house and Kurt is proving to be equally adept at advising us on this as well. |

| As first time home buyers in 2012 we weren't sure what to expect. Kurt took the time to explain everything to us in terms and details we could understand. We were very impressed with his responsiveness and willingness to meet with us after "normal" work hours. When it came time to negotiate he went above and beyond our expectations and we got the house! We will definitely use him again and have already referred several friends to him. | Kurt was our relator for selling our house and buying a new build. We worked with him for an entire year. During that year Kurt served not only as our relator but as our liaison, advocate, marriage counselor, communicator, and friend. We could not have gotten through the process of selling and buying without him. | Kurt sold my home in Cedar Park, TX, back in July 2012. It certainly wasn't a big mansion or anything outrageously luxurious, but it was my pride and joy. I had it built from the ground up back in 1997 and always tried to keep it in good shape. Kurt came over in June 2012, took lots of pictures inside and outside, then made up a really neat 2- to 3-minute YouTube video to show the house, along with some very professional-looking postcards and flyer sheets before the house hit MLS. "Lovingly-maintained," he called it - and it was. Nine days after listing, I accepted a full-price offer. It was such a relief being able to make the sale so quickly because I was preparing to retire from my 28-year full-time job and moving to Arizona the next month. That was very stressful already, and I was not looking forward to having folks coming and going through the house for weeks on end. You won't regret having Kurt as your Realtor. He is professional, honest, and very conscientious - and he's just a great guy to work with. |
