I am well rounded in my expertise. Although most of my clients have been first time buyers, I have experience with relocation, rental properties, historical homes and homes that did not sell the first time. I have also worked with individuals who tried to sell their home themselves. I was either a resource to them or listed the property and put a SOLD sign out front! My unique value proposition comes from my background prior to being a licensed agent. I worked for a local lender where I ordered appraisals and home inspections, qualified borrowers for loans, attended settlements and worked closely with underwriters. I have experience in all aspects of a real estate transactions, which allows me to navigate through potential issues easier than most agents.
