I have worked in the Maine Real Estate market since 2006. Our local market has changed a lot during this time and today's REALTORS® must understand and know how to effectively use the latest technology tools and targeted negotiating strategies to MARKET and SELL homes rather than just simply LIST them. Now, more than ever, these skills are also essential to help buyers succeed in finding and getting their home. As a former technology coach and Director of Education, I have the experience and expertise necessary to maximize these tools.

We are currently all experiencing a journey through unchartered territory and working to adapt our family, work, and community activities to this new reality. People still need to move. People still need to buy and sell real estate. Out of concern and caring for our community, our storefront office is closed to the public. We are fortunate to live during a time when we do have the technology resources that allow us to view homes in a virtual environment. 

Our local market is strong right now and prices are higher than this point last year. We are currently experiencing a seller's market although savvy and prepared buyers are still finding and moving in to their dream homes.
