Most companies don't think you have a right to see the books, they don't believe there is any legitimate reason to do so, but at Keller Williams we want our associates to know how we spend their money and how much money is generated from escrow and mortgage.

As a Team Leader I specialize in coaching and mentoring Realtors, regardless of production levels. In February 2006 I started teaching every Monday morning at 9am the "Powerful Mindset", the first class had 3 Realtors, we are now standing room only. I am true believer that success starts in your mind first. To be successful you believe you can achieve success. I try to instill a mindset that will aid in charging through obstacles and challenges. I believe that the most successful people are those who will continually do what others will not. In real estate it is not the environment, or the market, or interests rates that impede or create our success, it is our behaviors, our abilities, and mostly our sense of self. No matter where you live, no matter what market conditions may be, every single day someone is looking to buy or sell a home...but are they looking to you to be their Realtor? I believe you can create your wealth, your success, and your spiritual happiness in any situation. Here is the formula I employ in teaching success, CASH. Compassion, Appreciation, Sincerity, and Honesty. Employ these four traits on a daily basis and your life will change and improve. I am also a certified NLP Practitioner, which brings communication skills to an entirely new level.
