I have been helping home buyers realize their dreams since 1970 as a loan officer and Exclusive Buyer's Broker. During this time I have also provided instruction for hundreds of real estate agents and loan officers. On the personal side, I moved to North San Diego County in 1985 and have owned homes in Fallbrook, Escondido, Valley Center and Rancho Bernardo. These various areas allowed a great prespective of North San Diego County and what a wonder place it is to live.
I now live in Rancho Bernardo with my beautiful wife Kay. Between us we have seven children and six grandchildren.
