My area of expertise is not limited to one specific area as I have sold in many areas of the city, from Corner,

Trafford, Warrior, Pell City, Centre, to Wilsonville in Shelby County.   I have shown property in Dothan, Alabama, and

searched for property for a client in Oneonta, Alabama.   My buyers have ranged from single parents, young couples with

children, to retirees.  I will do what it takes to find the perfect home for my clients.  I will also not take a listing that I do

not think will sell. I try to help my clients understand that any agent can put a sign in their yard and hope for the best. 

Since I am an Accredited Staging Professional, I look at their home with a very critical eye and give them advice on what

 to do to get the house ready to sell.  We agree on the amount of time they need to get it ready prior to listing it.

I do this so that the first 14 to 30 days is not lost waiting on other agents for feedback to give to my clients. 

These are the critical marketing days for any property.  The chance to get the agent to show the listing again may be lost

if there are things that need to be improved or changed.
