A lesson I learned a long time ago - DON'T GIVE UP!  No matter how long it takes, I will stick with and work with a buyer to find the home that meets their desires and needs.   On the seller's side, I will negotiate offers working to find that common ground toward an agreement.  During my more than 14 years in the business, experience truly is the best teacher.  My focus is always on the person(s) with whom I am working.
