Get to Know Skyler Roder
I was born and raised in the Iowa Great Lakes area, and have many family members and friends in this area. I went to South O'Brien High School, and furthered my education afterwards in college where I received my degree in Business. I just currently passed Iowa Real Estate School, and will be taking the final test soon. I have also done timeshare the last two years, so my knowlege of real estate and the mortgage business is a plus for anybody that does business with me. I also believe that everyone should be able to purchase a home and live the american dream. If you do business with me I'm not going to turn down the people with bad credit and say come back at a later time, I'm going to educate them on how to fix there credit, and get the help they need so that in a month or two they'll be ready to get a home loan.
