I help a client to obtain a loan when three other mortgage company denied him. I always provide above and beyond service as expected. First by seeing them on a late appointment on a Sunday evening. Then clearing most of the conditions since my clients were on vacation. And finally we went to settlement and fulfilled his dream of moving his family to a better neighborhood.
Another client I help negotiated the sales price down by ten thousand dollars since the appraisal was not appraising at the full offer price agreed upon the contract. And also rushed the underwriter to get the clear to close as soon as possible since they only had 45 days to move from the rental property.
