| We work with Lana quite a long time trying to find a home that met our requirements. She knew when an asking price was too high;she always made herself available to show us homes and even had her on speed dial to call and ask her questions. She is an expert at filling out paperwork and is speedy at getting that paperwork where it needs to go. I know if I ever need a real estate agent again, I will definitely pick Lana again. |

| Lana is a very responsible and dynamic agent and excels when it comes to real-estate buying/selling. She represented me as buyer agents and saved me a lot of money negotiating. | Lana was fastidiously attentive, honest and forthcoming with information, pointing out where other realtors may cut corners or undersell property to make a quota . She advised me of my rights as a seller/buyer, provided me with a detailed market research packet (and not just a print off from a website), worked very hard to come up with a marketing strategy (open houses, local advertisement, etc.) and was readily available if i had any questions or concerns; even checking on the house after a storm blew through the area. I highly recommend Lana, she was a godsend when I was trying to sell my house!!!! |
