As Cortland County's first and only Certified EcoBoker, I have extensive training and knowledge of environmental and energy issues that affect the sale or purchase of a home, as well holding an advanced position in the "green" market. I am knowledgeable about options that can improve the efficiency and saleability of a home.

Clients looking to sell their home may contact me to learn about the benefits and added value that I can offer in the presentation of their home, whether or not it is green. There are always improvements that can be made that will present a greater return. I can help you with this.

Clients interested in a buying or building a home should contact me to give them more insight into what kind of amenities and outfits are appealing and efficient. I can and will guide them through the process with more knowledge as to what kinds of homes will help save money on utilities as well as harness the power of renewable resources, whether or not those options exist, they can always be retrofitted!

My experience working with buyers has given me the opportunity to build relationships with my clients and offer them peace of mind. I make it a policy to never badger or push someone into a decision they are not 100% sure of. I like to make sure that my client's personality is a match for the home's personality, thus making it their home! This gives me the leading edge among all the "pushy salespeople." My clients and I have forged friendships that last beyond the closing of a sale.

 

When dealing with sellers, I make sure that I represent the home as if it were my own. I give advice on staging the home to make it more appealing to buyers, and offer tips to help the home show better than any of their competitors. My sellers have been more than satisfied with my marketing plans, and are amazed at how quickly and often their homes are shown!
