Launched in 2008, Avenue 3 Real Estate, LLC, is an independently owned, web based real estate brokerage based in Cambridge, MA. A3 Real Estate was founded by five women who saw a need for change in the real estate industry. After many years of working for other real estate companies, we combined our energies to create a company that would adapt to a new economic reality and answer the consumer's call for flexibility and choice. We created a cost effective business model, by avoiding franchise fees and retail overhead and leveraging techonology to deliver valuable information with relevant tools. Working through our full service website, Avenue3re.com, we are able to provide the capability of a local professional mobile workforce. This dynamic model takes full advantage of the benefits of online information possibilities to reduce company cost structures, enhance agent services and provide a welcome service to consumers in today's changing real estate market.
Since 1984, I have been an active real estate professional. I have seen growth in my community and the surrounding towns, new and exciting changes, from the building of new schools, to the proliferation of restaurants that were once available only with a ride into Boston. These changes parallel the change in the way we conduct business. We are in the midst of an exciting paradigm shift.
My career has been shaped by adapting to the changes in our industry, as well as market conditions, over the past 20 years. I continue to embrace the new technologies that make us more efficient and I am enthusiastic about having the opportunity to use my background in the visual arts in contributing to the crafting of the Avenue 3 website.
