Get to Know LaRita Stephens

I opened my Brokerage, LADDER Realty in 2009 leaving Keller Williams with loads of love and thanks.

I earned my GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation in 2006 and recently obtained my Broker's License in 2008. I am looking forward to earning my Green Certification.

I have an educational background in Radio/Television Communications at University of Texas, Arlington and have continued to increase my knowledge in marketing and communications through continuing education coursework and personal study.

Currently, I am studying ASL at Collin County Community College to refresh and improve my signing and to better serve the Deaf Community.

Personally speaking, I've been married to my best friend for 31 years, raised 3 wonderful sons, gained 3 beautiful daughter's-in-law, 3 precious grandsons, and 2 princess granddaughters!

I love what I do in my work and family. I hope to share my enthusiasm and love of North Texas with you in meeting your real estate goals.
