I am a strong Buyer's Agent adept a guiding first time (and experienced!) buyers through their transactions.  A solid knowledge base regarding homes has been attained by attending hundreds of inspections as well as ownership and maintenance of my home and investment properties.  There are many good lenders I can recommend and will gladly work with the lender chosen by my client.  I will take the time to help my clients search out all of the services that they need.  

My listing philophsy is simple.  Consideration of the market, available terms, property condition and location will indicate a correct list price.  Getting that right has a huge impact on the timing and success of a home sale.  My marketing is online based with a nod to the high importance of signage and the MLS.

Never hesitant about providing advice, I none the less believe all decisions are made by the client.  Purchasing and selling homes are often the largest transactions people are involved in for their entire lives.  I find it ludicrous that any agent would ever apply pressure on a client to buy or sell.

My most important function is to supply accurate information and sound advice to my clients so that they may make good decisions in their own best interest.  When I serve my clients well, my income takes care of itself.  The best complement I can (and often do) get is when a former client trusts me to serve their family and friends.
