I believe we are never done "learning". The world continues to change around us and if you aren't proactive and don't keep up to day you will be left in the dust. Its not fun in the dust. It clouds your vision, makes you sneeze and ruins your clothes. I don't wish that on anyone.

I have been a sales agent since 1997 and rode the wave of our Southwest Florida Real Estate bubble quite successfully. That allowed me the honor of holding public office and taking time with my growing children. They are graduating, I'm done with politics and there is no more bubble.
My sales career was successful because I got ahead of the curve. I had a fabulous website that was unlike any other in 1999 and it provided me with a lot of business and a lot of leads. Had I not changed it, I would've stagnated. My husband became my real estate partner in 2004 and developed a new website that has been successful and provides what today's customer's want in a website. I moved into training and management because he still sells and I believe successful Realtors change with times but only if someone can show them how.
