I am an Associate Broker, CNE and recently designated with a Green Certification. I love the area in which I live in. The hudson Valley has so much to offer. I enjoy showing people from out of town the benefits of living in such a nice community. I have lived in Orange County for most of my life before moving to Ulster County in 2003. I am knowledgable about the current market conditions. I have a lot of experience working with builders in the New Construction area of the business.
