My area of expertise is knowing what clients really need and want to get their Real Estate needs met. I run my business as a concierge service. I have modeled my business in a very similar manner to two of the companies I admire the most, the Ritz-Carlton and Federal Express.

The Ritz-Carlton specializes in making sure that customers are completely taken care of in every possible way you can imagine. The purpose it to apply a mentality of excellence in client satisfaction.

Federal Express is a company that delivers on exactly what they say they are going to do. We all know that when it absolutely absolutely has to be there overnight, we use FED EX.  I give my clients the same service when it is absolutely necessary that they receive the same treatment.

I view my Real estate business not as a competition with other Realtors, but as a business in competition with all the fine companies that clients like to do business with based on their level of service.

I don't advertise anywhere, and that is a testament to how my former clients refer their family and friends to me when it comes to their real estate needs.

THAT is what I live for.

Knowing that I did my best for a client and the reward is the satisfaction of being entrusted with a referral.
