What sets you apart from other agents/loan officers?  I've been involved in the real estate industry since 1955.  Received my Delaware license in 1970, Maryland and Pennsylvania licenses in 1973.  I received my Delaware Broker's license in 1974 and have my GRI designation.   My tag line "Since 1970, a name you can trust".  During my 38+ years in the local market, I have spent about 10 years in management, but currently specialize in residential real estate.  I focus my energies on listing activities, which makes up about 2/3rds of my business.  I am a Lifetime Member of the New Castle County Board of Realtor's Million Dollar Club, annually receive the "top 5% national award" and have served in many capacities with our Board, as well as the New Castle County Chamber of Commerce, Goodwill Industries and The Catholic Youth Organization.  My outside activities revolve around my Christian beliefs and I serve as an Elder in my church, providing spiritual counseling and assistance to those in need.
