When I was finally convinced to becoming a Realtor, I did so on the pretense that I'd always have something to offer that I could get behind & be excited about presenting to my clients. After being in the industry for a while, I realize that I have a lot to offer clients which I personally possess. I am very honest, extremely competent (I should not have to say it.) and I possess a high degree of integrity. If that wasn't enough, I truly enjoy helping people meet their goals. I work hard "behind the scenes" to assure that clients get more than they anticipated. I am well-versed in the real estate industry both from a Realtor perspective and from a Professional [Home] Inspector perspective. My technical degree also enables me to round out all ends to provide to my clients a full, professional, business image with whom they would appreciate working.
In my time in real estate, I've worked with people of many walks & I feel that with my competent, professional ability, I can effectively help most people to buy or sell their home. I lean primarily toward residential property but feel that with proper exposure I could efficiently assist with commercial property sales.
First-time home-buyers can benefit from my perceptive ability to match what they need to the best situation that would be most beneficial to them. Coaching first-time home-buyers to more of what they need rather than what they want is key.
People are people; no matter how much or how little money they have. Everyone wants to buy low & sell high. Or, do I have this wrong?! High-end home sellers are not much different. From my experience, I know of key elements that would get one high-end home sold over another. When done correctly, I will be more effective than the high-profile Realtor that a high-end buyer would be likely to hire.
Every home is different & every buyer or seller is different. Effective, probing questions & perceptive listening makes me the intelligent choice for your Realtor.
