Thank you for taking the time to read about me and for the opportunity to introduce myself. I am very grateful to all of my past clients and customers for their faith in me and for their ongoing support. My clients have helped me to achieve 5 years of successful Real Estate Sales in the London/St.Thomas area including achieving the President's Gold (2005, 2006) and Master Sales Awards (2007) with Royal LePage.
I was raised in Burlington, and after spending some years away, I have come home. It is really as simple as that. My family and my husband's family all reside in the Burlington area. It was important to us to raise our children close to our family.
I am a dedicated, passionate, and market-savvy professional who truly puts my clients' satisfaction before all else. My attention to detail, superior people skills, broad knowledge of the real estate industry and pure determination, help me provide my clients with first class service. I understand the power of creative, well-organized and highly effective marketing. When selling your property, I will provide a customized marketing plan that maximizes your property's exposure to the most qualified buyers.
A real estate transaction is really about managing people, their desires and their finances. It is an intricate and consequential negotiation. I know that it is not only important to secure the most able buyer, but also the one that is most likely to close the deal. My fair, yet aggressive, negotiating style and my protectiveness of my clients' best interests and ultimately, their assets, gains them the best possible deal.
Previous to my Real Estate career, I was Vice President of marketing for a software development company. Before that, I was in Sales and Marketing for two "IPO" Internet software companies in the Waterloo area. I have been in Sales and Marketing for all of my adult career, starting with a paper route at 12 and then a summer tele-marketing job when I was 14. I have taken many courses, attended seminars and read many books to further develop my skills in all areas of Sales and Marketing.
I firmly believe in the value of volunteer work. Not only for what it provides to the community, but for the personal satisfaction it provides me. In the past, I have held many positions of responsibility with several non-profit groups including:
· Founder and Chairperson of WEDS KIDS (West Elgin Dramatics Society Youth Program)
·Director and Newsletter Editor of the Dutton/Dunwich Chamber of Commerce

I am highly knowledgable regarding country properties. I have sold farms from 150acres in size to small rural properties. I understand septic systems, water systems and many matters specific to country properties.
