How I became a realtor?

I am a Professional Electrical Engineer, emigrated to US from Ukraine in 1979.

I got a great career in US as an Electrical Engineer, including positions such as

"Chief Engineer" and "Director of Engineering " of Power Distribution Plants.

I was a Technical Project Manager on $400 mln turn-key Power Plant Project with ABB company.

I joined the Real Estate business in 1995 as a builder ( built 13 one family houses in Staten Island, NY ) and very successful realtor in residential and commercial sales in Brooklyn and Staten Island, NY.

I moved to Florida (Hallandale Beach ) in 2004, where I obtained the RE sales and broker licenses.

The majority of my clients are East Europeans and Canadians , who emigrated or still live outside the US and buying the property in Florida for investment or winter/summer vacation properties.

I have experience in many different Real Estate areas, such as foreclosures, short sale, first time buyers ,luxury water front properties and more.

I will give you a good professional advise if you want to buy or  sell the property, including the legal and financial fields.
