There are so many real estate agents out there - so why choose me? Experience, knowledge and hard work whether you are buying or selling a home, or becoming a landlord. I am always available to answer your questions and do what is needed to make your buying or selling experience easier. With the property management we do this for our landlords and renters. Our landlords are thrilled that we work weekends to get properties rented. We are available weekends for questions also.  I have great technology skills and can use them to your benefit. Once our transaction is complete, I consider that my clients are partners for life. They can always call on me for answers to questions, advice, or even just where to find a good restaurant near their new home! If I don't know the answer, I will find out.

The number one question is .... this broke what home warranty company did we choose, what is their number?

The second question is..... do you know a good handyman?

With the current market I have been helping sellers with short sales, you have to have knowledge and skills to handle short sales, and the biggest thing I have found to help with short sales is compassion!

People are so imbarresed that they are losing their homes, I am not there to judge or even question what or why this has happened, I am there to help!

I know how to take the situtation and make it a better one for the homeowner, bank and the buyer. it isn't difficult it just takes effort.
