Tom and Laura work as a husband and wife team. Tom was a Los Angeles County firefighter/paramedic until he had to take a disability retirement with a shoulder injury. Since being retired from the Fire Dept., Tom has had his own appraisal company, worked as a mortgage lender, and then decided to get his Real Estate Broker's License.  Laura lived in Scotland from 6th grade through 12th grade. She always knew she wanted to come back to California, so in 1981 she came back to go to college and graduated from UCLA with a degree in Sociology. Laura got her real estate licence in 2003 and has been in real estate sales ever since.
